Counselling Training

The Roxa Development Institute (RDI) offers specialized counselling training that equips professionals to work effectively with Veterans and Refugees impacted by global conflict. Grounded in trauma-informed care and cross-cultural sensitivity, our programs emphasize practical approaches for fostering healing and resilience.

Through a combination of theory and hands-on practice, participants build the skills needed to support clients navigating complex life transitions. The training covers both individual and group approaches, preparing professionals to address challenges, foster trust, and encourage meaningful growth.

RDI’s approach ensures that participants leave not just with knowledge, but with practical tools they can put into action right away. By taking part in our programs, professionals strengthen their ability to make a tangible, positive difference in the communities they support.
